What do I need to get started?

You must have a Phone Number that does not have WhatsApp. You may 'delete the account' from your WhatsApp mobile App to migrate to the Axoxa WhatsApp API.

How does the Meta fee "per conversation" work?
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window, depending on who sent the first message. Once a conversation window is open, you can send any number of messages to the user without incuring additional charges from Meta until the 24-hour window lapses.
In summary, Meta charges for the first message per unique user per day (24-hour window). The first 1000 conversations per month are free.
WhatsApp message limits?
A Verified Business can initiate messages to at least 1000 unique users per day. This limit will increase or reduce depending on the quality of your messages. For example - if your users block your messages then Meta may reduce the number of users you can reach per day.
A Unverified Business can initiate messages to 50 unique users per day. This limit will only increase after successful business verification by Meta.
Both Verified and Unverified Businesses can respond to an unlimited number of user-initiated messages.
Can I send any message to the user?
You can only initiate a conversation with a user through a pre-approved message template. However, you can send both free-style and pre-approved message template for 24 hours after the user's response.
