Meta Fee "Per Conversation"
These are the fees Meta will charge you directly for using WhatsApp API.
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window, depending on who sent the first message. Once a conversation window is open, you can send any number of messages to the user without incuring additional charges from Meta until the 24-hour window lapses.
In summary, Meta will charge you for the first message per unique user per day (24-hour window). The first 1000 conversations per month are free.
